Sacramento area Habitat Construction, Inc. is a privately held builder specializing

properties.  Jeff Kraft the founder and  President, originally from the Bay Area has

Home, San Francisco Chronicle Magazine, and Dwell.

Some of Habitat’s local projects include Vintage Oaks in Roseville (A $60 million,
32.8-acre mixed-use residential and commercial development,), Pacific Pointe, in
Rocklin (A $20 million, multiple parcel, mixed-use commercial development with
four buildings totaling over 150,000 square feet), 12 Bridges at Lincoln Village in
Lincoln (A 11.5-acre major commercial development site).
